With over 20 years of chef experience, JW Lee started young learning tips and tricks in South Korea where he was born. At the age of 27, he moved to Colorado and set out to fill Denver with delicious Korean concepts.

Mandu (만두; 饅頭) are dumplings in Korean cuisine. Mandu can be steamed, boiled, pan-fried, or deep-fried. The styles also vary across regions in Korean Peninsula. They are a well-known street food in Korea and are especially popular on New Years Day.
